摘要:
針對川渝地區頁巖氣開采特點及生產套管在下入、固井、壓裂等工藝下的服役條件,設計出寶鋼頁巖氣開采用高強度高韌性套管及其氣密封螺紋接頭。對其強韌性、微觀組織和抗擠毀性能進行了測試,結果表明材料韌性穩定達到屈服強度10%以上,沖擊功的各向異性顯著降低,同時還模擬頁巖氣生產套管不同位置及不同施工階段所受到的復合載荷對套管的適用性進行了研究,用于支撐川渝地區頁巖氣井生產套管的選用。
Abstract:
Based on the shale gas exploitation characteristics and the working conditions of production casing during tripping, cementing and fracturing process in SichuanChongqing area, the high strength and toughness casing and premium connection are designed. The mechanical properties, microstructure and collapse resistent property are tested, finding that the transverse Charpy impact value of BG125V casing at 0℃ surpasses the value of 10% yield strength, and the toughness anisotropy decreases obviously. Furthermore, the applicability of casing is researched by simulating the combined loads on casing at different well positions and in different construction stages, supporting the selection of production casing for shale gas service in SichuanChongqing region.
