目前水平井、大斜度井對井斜、方位等參數的測量要求越來越高,但公司連續測斜儀因老化、井況差等原因故障率越來越高,且儀修人員緊缺。針對此現狀,探索優化維修過程,提高維修效率的方法。通過查閱相關書籍資料,總結了BDS連續測斜儀的物理測量原理、儀器組成、信號變換原理,并基于大量的維修經驗,對該儀器三種常見故障現象進行了分析,并提出了相應的處理方法;谶@些儀器原理和故障處理方法,至今已維修了8支積壓故障BDS,5支新返還故障BDS,每支維修時間不超過1 h。維修過程得到優化,維修效率得到提高。充分理解儀器原理,系
Abstract:
At present, measurement requirements of deviation, azimuth and other parameters for horizontal wells and highly deviated wells are becoming higher and higher.However, the company's continuous inclinometer has a higher failure rate due to aging, poor well condition and other reasons, and there is a shortage of maintenance personnel. In view of this situation, the methods of optimizing maintenance process and improving maintenance efficiency are explored. By consulting relevant references, the measurement principle, instrument structure and signal transformation principle of BDS continuous inclinometer are summarized. Based on a lot of maintenance experience, three common fault phenomena of BDS continuous inclinometer are analyzed and corresponding treatment methods are put forward. Based on the principle of these instruments and fault treatment methods, eight backlog fault BDS and five new fault BDS have been repaired, each of which has a maintenance time of less than 1 hour. Maintenance process is optimized and maintenance efficiency is improved. Fully understanding the principle of the instrument and systematically summarizing the maintenance experience lay a solid foundation for the improvement of maintenance technology.
